After this week, new episodes of What's Tech? will appear every Tuesday. And we're flirting with the idea of special episodes for big, important topics and events. You know, mini-episodes that would helpfully explain the real important, really confusing stuff, so that you can keep up with your friends who always seem to know everything about every thing.
Sounds excellent. Very promising to see something like this. I listened to the "What are smart watches?” episode and was impressed with the production quality and the content as well. Instead of talking about which smartwatch is best, for example, it questions they’re value, usability, and general acceptance in society.
Now, the new question still remains, does the general public know how to consume a podcast? Did Serial do enough as a podcast to make the medium mainstream? Do the kinds of users who would appreciate this podcast be able to find it, subscribe to it, and listen to it?
