This is very intriguing to me. What I love; empowering and validating employees' own ideas and giving them a playbook and resources to pursue them. What I'm not sure about; the amount of times they say innovate, and the amount of buzzwords being used around this effort, and whether or not this leads to anything of interest.
Have you ever thought that the more a company says they're innovative, the more likely it is that they probably aren't? That's one of my concerns. However, they are right that all ideas are ugly at first and need attention and time to take shape. Maybe Kickbox itself is still taking shape.
